Exchanges
At Karen & Rita, all sales are final—we do not offer refunds.
However, we’re happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date.
To begin an exchange, please email support@karenandrita.com for a Return Authorization. Be sure to include:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to exchange

The reason for your exchange
Any items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once we receive your item, please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed.
Return Shipping
Detailed return shipping instructions will be provided via email once your exchange request has been approved.
Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Clearance or final sale items

Perishable items

Special-order items

Custom products

Gift cards
We reserve the right to decline any return/exchange at our discretion if it does not meet our policy requirements.

Order Issues
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact support@karenandrita.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number in the email.
Keep all items in their original packaging with the order slip so we can fully investigate.
If your jewelry arrives defective, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return it, and we’ll ship you a replacement item at no cost.
Order Status
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Tip: If you don’t see it, check your Spam/Junk folder just in case.
Address Changes
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, email us immediately at support@karenandrita.com so we can update it before your order is shipped.
